Diet Mayo

To Diet - Diet Mayo. That need to be considered if we forget to eat something that deviate from this diet, for example is willing to finish (eg day 12), the diet should be repeated again from day 1. For indeed our weight down, but it is likely to be fat again be the case with such deviations.

The meat should be fried steak with butter Danish (unsalted / fresh), 1 bunch of spinach vegetable stew usually not boiled too long (without salt). Lettuce eaten raw.
