When we measure calorie intake every day, we often forget to pay attention to calories from liquids. Drinks you consume throughout the day can lead to weight gain. Although smoothies and juices can be your daily intake of fruits, if given sugar instead can add hundreds of extra calories to your daily intake. Smoothies and juices contain more sugar but contain less fiber than whole fruit. Fresh fruit is much better.
