MENU TO DIET 13 DAYS WITHOUT SALT



To Diet - There are 8 requirements that must be met in implementing this diet:
1. One day drink 8 glasses of water (not ice water), about 2 liters of water
2. Danish beefsteak fried in Butter / Oil Corn / unsalted Butter (fresh)
3. Vegetables are usually 1 bunch spinach, do not boil too long (without salt), and lettuce is eaten raw
4. Last supper 06:00 p.m
5. Potable water per hour

6. Should stay at home because we urinate can reach 8x a day
7. Rarely defecate because almost all the food is absorbed by the body
8. It only removes fat diet, do not be afraid of any side effects

Benefits:
